          Customer Complaint

          BBB is in receipt of consumer complaint in which the consumer states he thought he was contacting Microsoft support directly. The consumer requested assistance in transferring files. The company charged a fee for the service and stated the transfer was complete. After the transfer, the consumer was unable to locate the files, or access any of the existing drives. The consumer has contacted the company regarding this issue and stated that the company has been avoiding him. This matter is still pending.
