Aspen Dental has had almost $3,000 of our money for services never rendered for nearly a year. They cannot produce a statement of services. Each time my husband goes into the local office, he is met with excuses, such as their computer system is down, the office manager is out on leave, the person that handles this is out for lunch. The last visit they told my husband they credited his bank card and ran it through, but it has been over two weeks and nothing. I've called the corporate office several times and am told it will take up to 60 days for the credit to appear. I've never had a credit take 60 days to appear on my card. This company is sketchy and cannot keep employees.

THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!THE LAWSUITS ARE JUSTIFIED! With me, they damaged perfectly pain free teeth and demanded me pay hundreds to fix their mistake. I've NEVER had tooth pain as I've seen others go through the nightmare that is dental care in ******* so I always flossed and brushed twice daily, avoided sugary foods but for a rare treat, didn't drink sugary soda, ate no popcorn. I hadn't needed to go to a dentist since **** and that was only a childhood checkup. They GLADLY took the xrays, dismissed the bony growths as completely normal, and were chummy in the office to win my trust. They said I had small cavities on the upper right side despite no pain reported. They explained this is the case sometimes but it is best to take care of them when you can. I thought, "Well, it's being proactive before they get worse." I MORONICALLY TRUSTED A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. Fast forward, they cracked a perfectly pain free tooth, want me to pay 800+ dollars to MAYBE fix their mistake, and show no empathy whatsoever. I went from no tooth pain to not being able to chew on that side or drink or eat anything cold. They can not be trusted. This was done by the clinic in ******** ******** but there is no where on BBB to report them as they are not even listed oddly enough. the dentists name was *****************************
