Pending Government Action
On March 1, 2022, the business received an Administrative Order from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Order settles allegations that the business acted as or claimed to be a residential building contractor, remodeler, residential roofer, plumbing or electrical contractor in Minnesota when they were not licensed by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, in violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.805, subds. 1 and 3, 326B.33, 326B.46, 326B.84 (4), 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(9) and 326B.84 (15) and 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(6) and 326B.84 (16) (2020. . Under terms of the Order, the business is ordered to cease and desist from acting as or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler, residential roofer, and offering to perform or performing plumbing or electrical work in Minnesota until required licensing is obtain.
