On January 24, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Statue 326B.47 subd. 1(b) (2022) and Minn. Rule 1300.0215, subp. 1B (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to complete a plumbing job and call for inspection no later than February 28, 2024; ensure that all work is completed under the supervision of a licensed journeyworker or master plumber; ensure that all required plumbing permits are obtained before beginning work and final inspections and corrections are completed in a timely manner. The business also agreed to pay $1,000.00 of a $10,000.00 fine with the balance stayed on the condition that the business fully complies with the terms of this agreement and has no future violations of any law, rule or Order under DLI authority.
