North Dakota Attorney General Action

On November 9, 2022, Mr. Hansen was found to be in Contempt of Court and an Order of Contempt was held based on the November 16, 2021 Judgment. The Order requires Mr. Hansen to make payments of $1,000.00 per month starting in January, 2023 until he has fully satisfied the restitution of $104,128.92.
