Alert
According to information provided by consumers, 'Posh Pocket Pups' (poshpocketpups.com) and 'Tiny Teacup' (tiny-teacup.com) are puppy breeder websites using an address in Ely, MN. Consumers describe sending thousands of dollars for a puppy via Venmo or other payment method, then receiving nothing. BBB notes that there is no business by either name registered with the MN Secretary of State, and the same sites have previously claimed to be located elsewhere in the U.S., including Montana. If you are currently in communication with either site about a puppy purchase, BBB strongly urges you not to send money, and to discontinue communication. If you have lost money to either of these sites, please submit complaints online at BBB.org and reportfraud.ftc.gov. If you have not lost money but have additional information to share, please submit a report at bbb.org/scamtracker.
