          In November 2023, BBB began receiving reports of at least five new online retail sites (overstockexit.com, hallmark-sale.com, new-overstock.com, overstock-sale.com, joysprig.com) showing the same address in Madelia, MN. Reports describe placing an order (e.g., action figures, nativity sets), receiving a receipt (showing payment to 'Vikrasseth Limited'), but not ultimately receiving shipping information, or the item in question. BBB notes that there *are* several established online retail sites associated with the address (House of Fontanini, Willow Creek Lane, Lampe Berger, Fairy Garden), but these newer sites are not affiliated with the existing businesses. BBB notes that the five new websites were just created on 10/17/23 and 10/30/23, and there are no businesses by any of these new names registered with the MN Secretary of State. If you are currently considering a purchase through overstockexit.com, hallmark-sale.com, new-overstock.com, overstock-sale.com, www.overstockddeals.com, overstocknew.com, leabtg.com, ienucl.shop, joysprig.com, artofwind.com, or bird-home.com, BBB strongly urges caution. If you have lost money to one of these sites, please submit a complaint at BBB.org.
