I purchased a spa package from ***** ******* the Vice President for a local ******* ********** that they were promoting. I specifically was told that the Macon office closest to our office offered all of the services and was open during the week. We attempted to book our appointment immediately however there was no answer. I then went to call the Macon office to find out that they are only open on Wednesdays and of the 6 items that are offered in the package only 1 of them is available in Macon, for the other 5 I would have to drive over a 1/2 hour to their other location that is only open while I am at work. I bought two of these packages under the understanding that the Macon office was open daily and that all 6 services were available there. This is flagrant misrepresentation. When I contacted the ****** they gave me ****** number saying that is who I need to contact to get my money back from as they received no money from those packages being sold. This whole thing stinks and I want my $130 back.

We have reached out to *** ****** to offer her a refund and we have not heard back yet.
We are in a legal binding contract with ****** ******, owner of ******* **********, that she would honor all certificates sold for each location.  I have also reached out to her and her husband to fix this situation.
If you need more information please let me know.
    Thanks,
    **** ******* - owner
