I went to good feet in Madison ms hoping to relieve foot pain I am in healthcare and on my feet for long periods of time. They did not tell me until after the fact and my care credit account had been charged that they were not able to be returned. I found out when I got home and looked at my receipt however I never initialed and signed I have been back 4 times for refitting. These make my feet worse. The cramping and tingling they make is unbearable. The last time they stamped my original receipt all sales final. I was sold shoes and a med massager which I am willing to pay for. I have read the other complaints online and they are the same as mine. I would like a refund. The girl called me to follow up on my last inserts and stated there was over 300 variations they could do but I only have 90 days. How can they be experts and not get it right.

I purchased orthotics from the good feet store..spent $1700..they promised immediate relief..I’m in more pain than I was before I went in there..then they say it’s no refund but they also say that this medical stuff do that’s why there is no refund.. I am a dissatisfied customer and I think that I’m entitled to some kind of refund..they do not work! There is no doctor on the premises and they claim to experts in arch support with no training in that area.. It’s false advertising and I feel like I got scammed and pressured into buying the orthotics.. I just want my money back or at least some of it because they are claiming to be experts at something that they are not..my receipt does not say no refund..1 but

The Good Feet Store appreciates Ms. ****** submitting her request and will be reaching out to her to assist her i a resolution.

I would like to add, at no time does the Good Feet Store advertise we are a medical facility or have doctors on staff. We do not diagnose, nor do we prescribe. The Good Feet Store is a retail arch support store that specializes in our own prefabricated arch supports. The sales team in the Good Feet Stores are trained in educating our customers on what our supports are designed to do and how to properly fit them to our customers and has been in business for over 25 years.

    Thank you

I am having tremendous pain in my feet particularly my right foot. I went to the store to see if they could help based on the commercials that I saw. I will admit, I didn’t do a whole lot of research as I normally do and I probably should’ve went to a podiatrist first. With that being said, I spent $2000 of my hard earned money on a pair of sneakers and some shoe inserts that do not work and did not help. My feet still hurt badly and the inserts are already starting to wear out.
