  We paid for a course that was advertised as being in Spanish for Spanish-speaking individuals, but this is misleading. The course material is not fully translated, and the timelines keep changing, creating the impression that the course is designed to push us behind schedule. This would, in turn, force us to pay extra for an extension. These additional charges were never disclosed upfront. The course feels like a pressure tactic, as if the primary goal is to collect more and more money, without regard for whether we are able to fully understand the material. Moreover, they aren't even addressing the issue of incomplete *************** feels unfair that they are taking advantage of a Hispanic audience so blatantly. They made a commitment to us, and we paid in full for the service they promised. Yet, every time they make a mistake, they refuse to take responsibility, leaving us, the clients, to bear the consequences. Where is the accountability in this?

  In response to the complaint filed against the Authentic Institute of Montessori (AIM):

  We have worked out a timeline for the adult learners that are enrolled in our program between ******* *****, adult learners and our teaching staff. There were no additional fees for the adult learners to continue their training and finish the online academic course by May 2025. Our policies for the course timeline, refund timeline, and course expectations are clearly outlined in our student handbook and within the course. All adult learners who enrolled sign a terms and conditions agreement and acknowledgment of having read the student handbook. From our end, all parties should be satisfied with the current status of the situation.

  I am rejecting this response because AIM has not provided me with any fair offer, despite their promises in writing. Instead, they continuously adjust their policies to maximize their financial gain at the expense of Latin American students seeking a deeper understanding of the Montessori methodology.  
  
  Throughout the course, I have received no support, yet when it comes to collecting additional fees, they are quick to act in their own best interest, disregarding the needs and concerns of their students."
