Cancellations and Freeze requirements:
Member must provide a 30-day notice and it needs to be received 30 days prior to the member's next billing date which in most cases is the 1st of the month
Some of our service agreements have an obligation period where members must commit to the service relationship for more than 30 days; please see your agreement for more information.
Please note if your Annual Fee falls within your 30-day notice it will be drafted along with your last month.
Cancellations and Freezes can be submitted through the following 3 ways:* You can cancel or freeze in person by visiting a Fitness Connection location.
* In writing through USPS. We recommend certified mail in case letter gets misplaced or lost.

Medical/Military Freezes must be accompanied with proof (i.e. Doctor’s note which needs to state a specific time frame for freeze and/or military orders)
Late Fees
Late fees are assessed for any past due invoices. It is your responsibility to provide Fitness Connection with current billing information at least 2 weeks prior to your billing date.
