    My father passed away last summer. And he left some savings to myself and my two siblings. I decided to use part of mine to get some false teeth. A1 was recommended and I went there as a budget friendly solution. They pulled my remaining teeth towards the end of the year and I came back to have impressions done for my false teeth. When I got them in they would not fit correctly no matter the denture paste I used. I called back at the urging of my family to see if A1 could correct the issue. I went in a week ago and the dentist who pulled my teeth/created my dentures had moved to a different practice. But I was informed by A1 they he made the impressions while my gums were still swollen and healing. They gave me his cell phone number which I called and left messages. Which he did respond but told me it would cost me an extra 300 plus dollars to correct the mistake he made. I spent a couple thousand for the previous procedures in the first place. I don't see why I should shell out extra money for something he did. I feel A1 should fix the issue since the dentist performed everything under their banner. One of the nurses told me that particular dentist would have to perform the replacement. But I don't see how that can be if he did it under the A1 name. I just want to get my dentures fixed where they fit, look natural, and are comfortable.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    Ms. Sheree Hyde was very nice but I do not agree with her standpoint. I paid A1 dental to do a job and the person working under their banner did not do the procedure correctly. So they want me to go to a completely different business and pay more money to do something that doctor should have done in the first place correctly. He was working for A1 dental, did it in the same building even if it was under lease. I just want my dentures to be fixed and fitted correctly as I paid for. I don't see how fair it is to pay more money for a mistake a former employee made.
