            I have rented a storage unit for a few years and the company has changed hands a couple times on March 1 2023 I received an email stating a new company has taken over ****** **** Storage with a $20.00 rent increase and a new contract with also a new due date for the rent . I had no choice but to pay the new rent this was ok as i decided to move out i drove 1100 miles back to ** March 22 2023 and moved my belongings to ** with me i contacted the number 336-664-8708 March 30 2023 to let them know i have vacated the unit and would no longer need their services. This is where I was told I had to send them pictures of the unit and unit number I told the lady on the phone that I was in ** 1100 miles away and under my lease that i have when i opened the storage unit in 2021 there i no pictures required to close my account they keep sending me bills and threatening my credit and leans against me for the ever increasing amount they keep charging me on this storage unit that i have moved out of in march 2023 and yesterday i received move out instructions for this new company that i have not signed a lease/contract for every time i call or i keep getting told they are going to come after me for the money and will keep charging me rent and late fees i need help i know if i pay them anything they will just keep adding charges and i do not want this to affect my credit score as they keep threatening to do i have very good credit and am looking to buy a house in **i have some emails can send if needed not sure how to format them for your upload i would just like this to end please help thank you
