  D. Lunn, Doz-all LLC hired 4/24/23 for barn demolition, barn removal, preparing site for foundation/garage pour, framing, roofing, siding, septic install, trenching for gas, plumbing, electrical, septic and finish site cleanup. Paid Doz-all LLC $85,000 in 5 checks; #131,132,136,138 and 141. Total he should have been paid for all work complete is $93,000.00 Plus, a check to ********* ****** #139 had 2685.04 worth of tools on it for him. Which was worked out to have 2 small decks built with stairs instead of reimbursement. He has been intimidating, harassing, not showing up and not doing what he says he will do. He cost me a natural gas connection due to not showing up, as well as two other sub-contractors with better, affordable pricing because they kept getting pushed off further into to future due to Doz-all’s no shows and empty promises. It finally came to a head on 9/15/2023 when Doz-all had more materials delivered and I refused to pay for them due to him not completing his work and being so much over paid. D. Lunn told me I had broken our agreement by me not paying for materials totaling $3414.23. He would not be returning to complete anymore work. Work still not completed is the septic, barn debris removal, 2 decks for the tools that were paid for by me, finish site work. I reached out to D. Lunn for a check from him for $34,595.06 and strongly feel I should be reimbursed this amount.
