In May 2020, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Esthers Shop business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and Scam Tracker Reports.

Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints: 
-This is what PayPal sent me: You have authorized a payment of $204.43 USD to ngo quoc thinh
-I never received this delivery. The tracking info says the package is 3.6 pounds which is not possible because I ordered outdoor furniture. Also, the tracking info says the package was delivered to the front desk and received by the doorman. I do not have a doorman and there is no front desk in my building. 
-I purchased an item through this website on April 18, they took my money right away and the same day provided a tracking number. However, when I checked the tracking number it was for someone else's item that was delivered on April 17. I made two complaints with PayPal but PayPal is telling me that since a tracking number was provided that it's a valid order even though it's not my tracking number or correct order. I want my money back.

On May 13, 2020, BBB checked the website https://www.esthers.xyz to determine when it was created. The website was created on March 25, 2020.

During the course of our investigation, BBB found this business is not located at the reported address in Albuquerque, NM. BBB drove by the business's published address of 5011 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87109 and verified that Esthers Shop is not at this address. Postal mail sent by BBB to 5011 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 was returned marked by USPS as attempted not known. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business. When BBB attempted to reach the business at their reported phone number, they found that the phone number belongs to another business. Additionally during the course of our investigation, BBB received notice that an email sent to support@esthers.xyz was declined. And the website https://www.esthers.xyz shows as currently unavailable.

BBB made inquiries to Esthers Shop via email and postal mail asking the following:
-Why transactions with Esthers Shop are appearing on consumer's statements as Ngo Quoc Thinh and Ho Chi Ta.
-Esthers Shop's physical and mailing address. 
-A valid phone number for Esthers Shop. 
-Esthers Shop’s websites and social media outlets.
-Consumers allege tracking information shows as being shipped and delivered to an address which does not match the consumer’s address. Explanation of their process/steps for consumers which report orders that show as not being received at the consumer’s address. And if they offer refunds on mis-delivered and undelivered orders. 
-Business start date for Esthers Shop.
-How many orders Esthers Shop has received within the last six months and how many orders Esthers Shop has fulfilled within the last 6 months.
To date, BBB has not received a response from Esthers Shop. 

Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.

You may also want to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center.
