In June 2020, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Musetoo business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints, consumer reviews and Scam Tracker reports.
Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints:
- This organization is not honoring their written return and exchange policy.
- I ordered a Traaxs brand remote control truck for my son for approx. $100. When the item arrived, it was not the correct brand and looked nothing like what we purchased. I have been emailing with someone for weeks and he essentially replied a couple of weeks ago and told me they won't take the product back and can't refund my money.
- I ordered a thermometer back in March and got an email a week later saying that they were going to ship it. Never received it. Try to get back on the website cannot get on try to email him back emails keep getting sent back.
On June 16, 2020, BBB checked the website https://www.musetoo.com to determine when it was created. The website was created on May 2, 2020. During the course of our investigation, BBB found the website https://www.musetoo.com shows as currently unavailable.
BBB made inquiries to Musetoo via email and postal mail asking the following:
-Business start date for Musetoo.
-Mustoo corporation filing information.
-Valid phone number for Musetoo.
-If Musetoo’s distribution warehouse is listed under the business Musetoo, or if there is another business involved in their distribution process.
-Explanation of Musetoo’s process for returns and exchanges, including when the timeline starts for returns.
-Copies of their contracts, forms or other documents.
-Musetoo’s websites and social media outlets.
BBB has not received a response from Musetoo. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
