If you're looking to save some money and then waste it on another company, then this is the business for you! we needed a water heater and i went to **** and found this piece of work. they replaced our water heater and everything seemed fine. as the temperature dropped in the city, we realized our heater wasn't working. i thought "they did a good job with our water heater maybe he can look at this". i called and texted ******* (the owner) and a few weeks later he got back to us and said he'll find a piece for our furnace. a few weeks went by again and it was getting colder, so we called for a second opinion. Only to find out they installed a water heater that doesn't support our hydrothermal furnace anymore and that it would need to be replaced. when ******* finally got back to me (without the part) i informed him what the professional business told me and he said "that guy is wrong and he shouldn't be in the field". After almost two months of waiting for ******* to find the piece to our furnace we went with Signature, who also said that the water heater wasn't right but we can do an electric furnace. $20,000 dollars later, and still no contact from *******. Safe to say if you go with this guy you might as well throw your money in the fire and kick yourself in the nuts. DO NOT HIRE THIS CON MANReview from Angelo N

I was impressed with their rates, promptness and hands on knowledge. **** the owner was fast to respond and as any project, when a situation happens, they responded with urgency and effectiveness. I would recommend MRM and will call upon them first going forward.Review from Glenda M.

I strongly do not recommend using this plumber. He does shoddy work and does not communicate with you once he is aware of any problem(s). Unknown to me, he illegally installed a residential water heater in my commercial business and did it without pulling the required permit or calling for an inspection. When the heater went out after only 10 months, I had to call a different plumber and they found more problems with the installation that could have caused serious problems.I called CID ************************************ and filed a complaint against MRM and discovered that they have numerous complaints on file against him. Do your research and don't trust ****'s List (now ****) to do their due diligence in vetting their referrals. I called to find out who his insurance company was so I could file a claim with them and they told me they don't require their vendors to carry liability insurance, they only "strongly recommend" that they carry it. Always request a certificate of insurance from any contractor you going to do business with to hopefully protect yourself. I had to rate them to file this review but i wouldn't even give MRM 1 star.
