            I ordered compression stockings and they did not fit. I reached out to them along with my Care Coordinator at Presbyterian Health Plan but they would not accept my return. (See attached for photos and more info)

            More than a month ago I sent in measurements for a leg compression sock/stocking, and they advised it would be ordered and mailed to me directly to my address provided to them by me. They said it would take a week or so, I waited two weeks and then called them for update they said the item was returned and mailing address was confirmed and they stated they would mail it again and again waited told I should have it by end of week. That was two weeks ago. I have called them several times and left VM for a return call and nothing no call back just ghosted. I just want my money refunded so I can find another place for my needs.
