    The ID Secure business charged my account $18.90 monthly for the service of protection against identity theft. I have paid them for over a year. The bill is paid monthly on the 20th of every month. I just had an incident of my information being stolen through PayPal. I tried to contact ID Secure to let them know and the were closed on Sunday and so I called them today of Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. They told me that my account had been closed by me via voice mail which is not true, The customer service guy was rude and told me I no longer had coverage. I said let me hear the voice mail to see if it was me. He said he would have his supervisor call me back in 10 minutes. This is false advertising, when they say they will help you if your identity is stolen and the minute that it is they cancel your account and do not do what the advertise to do.

    This business has been taking $18.90 a month out of my account without my authorization. When I try to call their 24 hour contact number, it doesn't even ring. I have never heard of this company and never authorized them to take anything out of my account. After researching, I have found that this has happened to many other people. Same company, same amount.

    I just saw the charge on my credit u ion statement, my card statement, and my rocket money app, I don't remember subscribing. I tried to cancel, never receive a confirmation email or text, I need this charge gone, I don't need or want it. The cost is $18.90

    At no time was this service agreed to. I called into a separate business for legal advice in/around September 2023 and was told I was paying for that service. I called approximately two weeks later to cancel that service and was told I would no longer be charged. I called in again in/around November 2023 and was once again told I had successfully cancelled the service that I never signed up for. When I check my bank statement today 4.14.24, I’m still being charged $18.90/mo. I have just called yet again to cancel and spoke with “John”, he has once AGAIN confirmed cancellation of the service with a cancellation number of *******. I do not have faith that it is in fact cancelled.

    I contacted a legal referral service. I was not satisfied and canceled the next day. I viewed my bank statement and see a charge from this company I knew nothing about. I contacted them only to be told too bad the other company signed me up for their services and I did not cancel this company therefore they can not issue a refund. How do I cancel a service I didn’t know I was signed up for. I’m putting in a complaint for both companies EVERYWHERE I can and contacting the police.

    They just removed money out of my debit card from credit karma and I just called and the person had told me it is not refundable I need my money asap now I have my lawyer to take this matter

    Did not authorized them to charge my card every month. Cancellation letter of their ****** subscription of "smoke and mirrors" was send at the end of August the same month. Keep continue charging my account until I activated new debit card under different business name. All in all I'm out $99.30$ out my account when I need it the most for some ********. Merry Christmas to those pieces of ****. Taking advantage and only.

    USA legal Resource said you were a free service which I do remember them mentioning. I did not call you or authorize you to charge my account. I need $2.90 and $18.90 refunded!!!! You never spoke to me. I never authorized you to charge my acvount. I think you are scammers in cahoots with USA legal resource Which is also a scam company that said they had attorneys and they don't they just give you a list of the current attorneys to call and have me try to get a free consultation. That li you can get a list on your own by just looking up on Google and starting to call all the attorneys to see who will give you a free consultation.
