    I was transferred to a credit glory *** when i called credence resource management to pay a collection account on my **********************. They scammed me out of hundreds and contribute to pull $ from my account. They claimed they would apply my payment to the collections and file a dispute. None of that has happened - now Im getting charges from standard scores which i did not sign up for $25 a month?!I need my $ back

    I have one collection in my credit I was trying to fight it and i got in contact with the company. Everything sounded good and the *** let me know that my case was an easy one due to the fact that I only had one collection. He went over the steps they take and Made me feel confident that they will take care of me. I paid the 300 dollars the first month hoping it will help. I try canceling the second month but was told that it will take longer to fix. I waited one more month and nothing. I could no longer afford it so I contacted them again to cancel and the last person I spoke to informed that they have taken care of it and it had been removed from my credit, but it was a lie.

    They scammed me while I was trying to pay a debt collector they possed as them when I called the number I was talked out of $200 thinking it was going to help my credit and debt.

    Called and was told everything would be removed after being charged $379. She also wanted another $799 to remove hard inquirys I said no. Got off the phone to look up reviews and found out it was a scam. But when I called transworld credit report from two different numbers it directed me to them.

    On December 31 I was calling the numbers on my credit report try to pay off debt. I called the number on Southwest credit systems website and was answered by credit glory. I paid $1 to allow them access to my report and then was told after paying $536 the debt and negative remarks would be removed from my account. They had me create a portal similar to credit karma. Two weeks later it no longer allowed me to access the portal to monitor my credit score. I then googled Credit Glory hoping to find a link for a log in page to find out I did not pay to have debt removed from my account, apparently I signed up for monthly services. Had I understood what I was paying for or how my call was even connected to them I would not have done it. I called them to have my initial phone call pulled for review due to the lady lying and not providing me correct information about who she was and what I was paying for. However they deny me a refund because I was tricked into signing a contract. I thought I was paying a debt collector to remove debt from my credit report!! I did not know it was a monthly credit repair contract with a credit repair company! I would like the phone call pulled where she explained and promised debt removal and I would like my $536 back so I can actually pay off my debt like I was trying to do. You can see my call log and see I was calling the debt collectors from my credit report.

    Credit Glory posed as a different company, I attempted to contact to pay off my debt. I did not want to set up a membership to repair my credit I only wanted to pay off that particular debt. I was told my debt was reduced to ****** from the original debt of ****** which was a lie ****** is their initial fee to start the credit repair membership. As of now I am not sure who my payment went to or if it will even be applied to the intended debt collection agency which is credit collections services. I would like to have my funds refunded back into my account immediately.

    They lied about the services that were provided and took 287 out of my account to help with ********************** when it wasnt authorized. They said nothing about taking that much out. They only said $1. Now I cant get in contact with anybody for a refund

    I searched on my phone for **************** about a collection that popped up on my credit report. I saw a page that implied it was IQ and I believed it was ****************. This people swindled me of $279.00 and I only found out after I closely reviewed everything. This Company is a hustle and a con. In the letter that i was pressured to sign right away even mentioned that I could contact the credit bureaus myself. i was scared into getting their business and made it sound that it was the only solution to remove from collections.

    I was scammed by this comoany while in a vulnerable situation. They called me after I tried comtacting a collection agency. They convinced me to pay $199 to take a collections ding off my credit. Then I read the contract saying it charges you an additional $100 a month. I had to cancel my credit card. I did my research online and found out this company is not legit and other people get scammed of their money, with no fix to their credit. They stole my money and i dont appreciate it.

    Credit Glory falsely advertises a 90 day money back guarantee in several places online. When I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund after 44 days I was denied based on they had provided services to me. However online it says they guarantee a refund within 90 days if you are unsatisfied for any reason. When I called on a recorded line I was told by multiple employees that is not true. I want to report this business for falsely misleading their customers. I read hundreds of reviews from customers reporting similar stories and feeling scammed by this company.
