I purchased two pen holders in the shape of aircraft; they are transparent and have some kind of liquid inside with some Las Vegas trinkets, like a snow globe. After I returned home from Vegas, I discovered that both of the products were leaking. I contacted the business and asked about the leak, and their explanation was that it may have come apart at a seam. They offered to ship me two replacements, but I asked how they could assure that the replacements would not have the same problem. They could not, so I requested a refund. They refused, saying that the receipt I signed stated that they give no refunds. First, while I did sign a receipt because I used a credit card for the transaction (by the way, they charged me $3 for using my card), I do not recall seeing anything about no refunds. Second, I can understand no refunds if the customer is simply unhappy with their purchase, but it should always be possible to refund a customer if the product was sold damaged and the business could not even assure other copies of the product would not be similarly damaged. Months passed and I decided to take another look at the pen holders (which were covered in plastic to prevent the liquid from running amok). I noticed the "Made in China" sticker on the bottom was loose because of the liquid, so I took it off... and discovered a big hole in the design itself. It must have been the hole they used to fill the product with the liquid, but they closed it with a sticker! All they had to do was design it so that the hole was on the top where the liquid can't leak from, or close the hole with something, but they slapped a sticker on it and pretended the leak must have come from somewhere else. Now that I found the source, I simply covered it with crazy glue and the leak has completely stopped. What a joke.

All receipts are no refunds exchanges only.. We would be happy to exchange the products for them.
I am sorry about the manufacturing of the product, we do not manufacture the products we will let our suppliers about the issues you have.
