            I contacted the Us Dog Registry to get my *** and a letter for my landlord. The cost for everything was $88. I was to get kit in 3-7 business days but l was to get the letter via email. I purchased this November 24, l contacted via email asking where my letter was and never heard from them. Came to the internet to find out that there bogus, which l should of done my homework prior, please help us people get our money back, this so called company cant do this to people that actually need the help.

            5/24/24 I ordered a new ID card as I have placed order previously with this business. They have a photo of my dog already on file. They charged me $24 and then sent the card without the photo on it and they denied they had a photo. I sent them another photo and they never sent the card out with the dogs photo. I also applied for ESR support letter. I filled out a lengthy questionnaire and they promise the send letter within 24 hours. They said they would give it to provider for approval. It is now 6/6/24 and I have not received card with photo that I sent to them and ESR letter for which I gave them all the information. They have absolutely taken my money and never filled the order.

            I submitted my documents to register my dog as an *** on Friday February 9th 2024. Their website says approval documents will be recieved withing 24 hours. I've sent several emails in which they responded it will take 1 to 3 business days now. Today is day 3 with no documents. I emailed them again and they responded that the licensed professional had an emergency and will be out for the rest of the week, at least. I've asked to cancel my order and be fully refunded since they've failed to meet their obligations multiple times now, still with no response.

            I ordered a dog registration and never received the vest. I emailed twice, asking for a refund or the vest. They replied claiming that they would send the vest. It was August when I ordered it and I never received the vest.

            I wanted to purchase a new Service Dog ID, as my dog is 8 years older than the first ID card. I googled and found a company called US Dog Registry. I paid for the package and realized that they were going to label her a psychiatric service dog -which is not what I wanted. I tried to email them over a dozen times and never got through. This alarmed me, figuring that the company was bogus, but tried several more times saying that I would return the unopened package and would like a full refund / and again the email wouldnt go through! Please help me get my money back. My only income is from an early retirement fund and barely pays my insurances and utilities. Again, the company called themselves US Dog Registry. Thank you in advance for anything you can do to help me get my money back! Thanks again, ***********************

            Ordered dog registration did not receive anything asked for a refund and was told to return the product I never received after countless emails I was told I could receive a refund minus ***** for a product never received what a scam this company is.
