Hi. Love my shutters. Purchased in 2018. However, One of the clips broke on one section of the shutter. I was told that they no longer carry the clip. My shutters are covered under a Life Time Warranty. The gal I spoke with said that they have been looking for the clip for over a year. I would like Best Buy Shutters to honor their Lifetime Warranty.Review from Michelle V

From initial visit with Marcel through the installation of our shutters, we were satisfied. To start my initial call was promptly responded to and an I-house estimate was provided by Marcel. At no point did this local business forget to allow us the opportunity to address all questions and concerns. The warranty was fair and reasonable in the that the time element was for the duration of ownership. We made a couple of changes after the estimate that were quickly recalculated. The installation went very well. The two gentlemen that arrived were respectful of our home, pets, and work demands with respect to noise and conveniences. They tidied up as they went along and finished significantly quicker than promised. They even went the extra mile in moving a few items back into place that were large and awkward. I hope the quality has the same lasting impact as the service. We would use them for any future home and recommend them to those wanting shutters. It's also worth mentioning, the pricing was upfront, with no hidden fees.

I ordered the Shutters for the whole house on 4/3/2023 and was installed on 5/3/2003. I noticed that some of the shutters have holes on the side as if they made a mistake and the shutters on the sliding door was crooked . I called them and left 5-6 messages but nobody called me back, I tried again and was able to talk to Lynn and told her I need someone to look at the Shutters and scheduled me for Tuesday, 6/13 with Ray. Today, 6/13 called again this morning to confirm what time this guy is coming and answering service answered the phone and left a message again twice. It is almost 2pm and still no Ray showing up and no one called me back. These Shutters are not cheap so I think I have the right to ask them to come back and fix the problem. Customer service is so poor and dealing with them is so frustrating.
I did a customer review on 6/13/2023 but they have not resolve the issues. Lynn from Best Buy Shutters scheduled me twice and nobody showed up. I need BBB Las Vegas to help me with this issue since I am getting tired of calling them and leaving messages with the answering service.
