          Pattern of Complaints

          On July 21, 28 and August 9, 2021 BBB attempted to contact Precision Construction and Remodeling, regarding a pattern of serious complaints.  During the past 36 months, BBB has received complaints alleging consumers providing substantial deposits for a job, you immediately depositing it into your account, then either not showing up to do the work or starting the work which turns out to be substantially below par and needing to be redone. When consumers try to contact you regarding the issue, it takes weeks to get ahold of you, then you promise a refund but never follow through and you stop responding to the customers all together.
          BBB asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining specific steps it would implement in order to avoid similar complaints in the future.  
          In addition to requesting cooperation from Precision Construction and Remodeling in resolving its complaint issue and the underlying causes, BBB requested general information including: copies of contracts; affiliations with other businesses; and general background information.
          As of August 20, 2021, Precision Construction and Remodeling has not responded to BBB regarding its pattern of complaints or BBB's requests for information. BBB has concerns about Precision Construction and Remodeling business practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.
