We sold our home in Boise, Idaho in July 2022. However, we keep getting mail from Veolia for the Boise house despite living in Virginia. I’ve already wrote on all the mail back to the company that we SOLD the house and no longer in Idaho. It’s Dec 2023. This is harassment. We have well water and don’t need or desire any services from Veolia. Leave us alone.

Good Morning BBB-Team, After reviewing the complaint I quickly realized this particular issue happens to be outside of my jurisdiction. Note: I am only responsible for the complaints in Buffalo, New York. Thank you. ****** ****

Attached is a PDF copy of my billing statement that I receive online through their (Veoila water) website, as a customer of 10+ years. At no point does it break down any penalties or late fees. It also doesn't state any disclosures as to what the penalties are if an amount is not paid in full by due date. I have spoken to several representatives, including unreturned voicemails from the supervisor. Penalties were waived but not completely and because of that, the penalties continue to accumulate. I have fallen on hard times recently and was unable to pay on time so i had previously had no knowledge of late fees and penalties. The larger issue is that they promote electronic statements, yet their online statements are not comprehensive, informative and its, misleading. I would like them to update their online statement system to reflect the bill THEY see and waive any penalties because of this.

Dear Better Business Bureau, First, I would like to inform you that I had the opportunity and privilege to speak with Ms. ****** this morning. I explained the challenges of recording the penalty & interest verbiage on our electronic notices at this time. We also discussed other areas on the ******* Water website (NYS & ******* Water Codes, Rules, and Regulations) that outline the municipalities business practices in full detail. Lastly, we reviewed Ms. ******** account and found our staff did remove the $26.72 of penalties & interest that accrued on the account. In closing, I would like to thank you in advance for the opportunity to address this matter. Please feel free to contact me directly with additional questions.  Best Regards,  Damond R***

Veolia has never provided clear explanations for any of their exhorbortant prices they charge. I may oay 400 a month one month then 200 the next. This is not based on actual vs. estimated rates. They insist we are paying sewer charges that should have ended years ago but still does not explain the fluctuations and high prices. I am talking about charges for a 2 person home. No leaks, etc. MONTHLY CHARGES. It's only ******* **** *********** ** ** ********** ***

Dear Better Business Bureau, In the attempt to address Complaint # ********, there seems to be a discrepancy based on the consumer information provided in this case. I took the initiative and contacted ********* *******, who confirmed that she does not own property in Buffalo, New York. In closing, I am more than willing to address the concerns of this particular consumer once the correct information is available. Best Regards, Damond L. This company is short staffed and offers terrible service. They have put off putting my grant from the low income water housing project even though the funds have been there for weeks. I don't know if it is to collect interest or more funds. I demand they apply the funds immediately to settle my debt.
