          On December 5, 2024,  Better Business Bureau (BBB) contacted the business regarding the advertising the claim "We are EPA- and state-certified radon mitigation contractors and mold inspectors & remediators serving all of northeast Ohio, including Akron, Cleveland and the surrounding areas." The BBB discovered their state licensing to be expired and requested modification or substantiation to these claims.

           

          According to BBB Code of Advertising 1. Basic Principles of the Code, Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request.  All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided.
