Terms of the "Model Promotion And Photography Agreement" provided by the firm indicate the following terms and conditions: All fees paid to this firm for photgraphy work and related services are non-refundable. Should you receive modeling work through the efforts of this firm, youwill owe it a 20% fee on all money you make from that modeling work. Certain clients may require that you have a models book and or composite cards. If you wish for pictures to be sent to clients you must first purchase composite cards which are mailed to clients. No refunds are made after a photo session has been completed with the exception of manufacturing defect in film, and in that case a refund in the amount of the film cost only will be made or the photo session may be redone at no cost to the model/talent. It is clearly understood that companies hiring a model(s) make the final hiring decision, not S2 Management Group. S2 Management Group employees and agents make no guarantees of model assignements, amount of earnings or the model/talent success as a model whatsoever.
