          On July 23, 2021, Doug Seven & Sizzling Guitar Licks came to the attention of BBB. At that time a referral for investigation came in from a consumer who asked what had happened to Mr. Seven and his online music instruction business, and asking us to post a warning on our site.  
          On July 28, 2021, BBB checked court records and real estate records, but could not verify a physical address for Mr. Seven. BBB checked the website and it had been deactivated. BBB reviewed the Sizzling Guitar Links Facebook page, but it has not been updated since 2016. His personal Facebook page is current and offers a link to subscribe to Sizzling Guitar University through his youtube page. BBB notes that "Comments' are disabled on the youtube page. BBB urges consumers to think carefully before paying for a subscription, and consumers have left Customer Reviews indicating consumers are not able to access the guitar lessons online. BBB is considering the possibility that Doug Seven is a stage name. Anyone with information is welcome to call our office at 614-754-4586 to report tips.
