Per BBB Code of Advertising #12 Lowest prices, underselling claims 12.1 Advertisers must have proper substantiation for all claims prior to dissemination. BBB requested company modify ad to read "some of the lowest fees around" or add the terms which you would meet a competitor's price. Company failed to respond to ad review.
