  I'm forced to use this company. They are fraudulently charging me deposits on top of other deposits all because I'm late. They are price gouging and customer service is very poor. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/02/21) */ Mr. **** account has not had a zero balance since November 2021. A letter went out February 1, 2023 stating In accordance with the Cooperative's terms and conditions of service, if an account is late more than two times in the last 12 months or electric service has been terminated due to non-payment, a deposit of up to 1/4 of the estimated annual billing will be required as a condition of continued service. We do not have any record of Mr. **** calling in and inquiring about his bill. If he did call after 4:00 p.m. he would have spoke with an after hour service. Of course you don't have records of me calling just like the other 900 members that have complained .. I called before 3 pm during a business day and you told me a bunch of ********.. you will know I have been there this next week and I will video it and post it all to see your lies.. thanks come again

  A few months ago I called in for some tree limbs to be cut back from my father's service drop ? . A few days later myself and my father were gone for a few hours and when we returned a note was placed on our door explaining about the tree limbs will be cut down in the future because the linemen were busy . So half day goes by and I noticed tree limbs cut down and left in a pile so I thought ok they'll be back to pick up the debris so we wait a week then a whole month goes go ..Then I decided to put a note in with the utility bill and still nothing . So I call the man that's in charge of the contractor and left a VM and again no response so another month goes by and another note to remind them there debris needs picked up so I could mow the area . So now it's 3 billing cycles and debris is still in the same spot . If we were on PSO it been gone already and I wouldn't have to keep calling . Im not paying a dump fee and dragging brush 15 miles . VVEC has contractors for this I'm requesting this junk wood be picked up .

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/07) */ Multiple attempts to make phone contact and in person contact were unsuccessful. The tree limbs in question were trimmed per request and are scheduled for removal on Thursday 9/8/2022. An unsuccessful attempt to make phone contact on 9/7/2022 to inform the individual of the action being taken resulted in leaving a voice message.
