    In January of 2024 I bought a Radiantz Full Deckz LED light from Witchdoctors for my 08 Victory Jackpot. It arrived to me around April I believe. After installation on my bike it worked flawlessly for 3mos. that's when some of the LED's started to fail. I contacted Witchdoctors and was told to contact Radiantz directly. Through a email discussion with ***, I was told to send it back for repair. I mailed it out 7/16/24 and it arrived to them about a week later. Since then I have attempted to contact them multiple times through email and phone calls with no luck. I would like to know where my light is in the repair process and how much longer its going to be or some how make it right.

    a week after i received the package from the customer. My daughter passed away after having a baby 6 week early. our company is a family ran company and our daughter lost was a huge impact on us. I couldnt think straight for months now.

    I contacted Radiantz and was told it would be 2 weeks to build an order. I placed an order on 5/21/2024 total was $********* card was charged and i got a confirmation email. as of 6/17/2024 no parts had arrived and no emails. I sent an email asking where my parts were. No Response... Sent another email 7/1/2024. Received an email that they had a fire, and was told they are getting orders out as soon as possible. 7/24/2024 sent another email asking if parts had shipped? I politely asked for a refund. No Response...8/26/2024 sent another email asking for my refund.. No Response ....In between all the emails i had left multiple voice messages. No Response....I just want my refund and move on..

    we appologize for not being resposive. We are a small faimly business our daughter passed away after having a baby and it put us out of commision for a little bit. We issued the refund to the customer.

    On June 30, 2024, I ordered a tailight from Radiantz for my Harley-Davidson **** Wide Glide. I received an email order confirmation from the company on 6-30-24 stating that my order is "processing". My credit card was charged $147.48 at that same time. On 7-13-24 I sent an email to Radiantz asking for an update on the order, as I had not heard anything from Radiantz. ... On 8-03-2024, I sent another email to Radiantz, as well as an email to *********************** (the Radiantz manager) as it had now been over a full month since my order was received, and still had heard nothing from Radiantz. I also placed a few phone calls to Radiantz during that month. The calls went to their voice mail every time, and no one from Radiantz has ever called me back. ......I left one last phone message asking for any kind of an update or status of my order on 8-04-24. .... Today is 8-12-24, and I have not received the item, and have not received ANY communication whatsoever from Radiantz aside from the initial order confirmation when they charged my credit card on 6-30-24. My very polite emails and phone calls have ALL been ignored.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********,  Radiantz has stated that they will issue a refund. When / if this is done, that will be satisfactory to me.

    Ordered a set of taillights on 3/28/22 (lifetime warranty). The lights ended up being faulty on 2/2/23, I did not have my receipt from my first purchase set of lights back on 3/28/23. Radiantz did not have any info of selling me the lights, I sent them pictures of their faulty product and they refused to cover their product. I paid another $150 to purchase a NEW set again on 2/6/23 and have yet to receive these either! I've contacted them numerous times and the do not return my emails or phone calls. All I'm asking for is a REFUND at this point.

    We have reviewed our records and can confirm that the customer's order was indeed shipped on April 5th, 2022, as per our standard shipping procedures. We have also checked with our shipping carrier and they have confirmed that the package was successfully delivered on March 3rd, 2023.
