Alert
As of March 14, 2019, BBB has received complaints and scam tracker reports regarding consumers ordering a vacuum from www.brokiz.com but not receiving the product. The consumers also state they are unable to contact the Brokiz or receive a refund. BBB sent notifications to contact@brokiz.com, but have not received a response.
BBB originally reached out to Brokiz via mail at their advertised address in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The owner of the residential address contacted BBB and advised us that he has no affiliation with Brokiz or Nguyen Hoang Dang.
We are unable to find licensing with the Oregon Secretary of State, and BBB has reason to believe that Brokiz is not physically located in Oregon or in the United States.
If you are a victim of this scheme, BBB recommends filing a complaint with FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov and Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov. Additionally, you can file a Scam Tracker Report.
