On June 8 I inspected my 2003 ***** ***** at Bobby's shop and the car passed inspection. On June 15 night I and my family park the car for the day. Next day morning I turned the car and only lasted about 2 minutes on, then stopped. I called my son asking for help and he couldn't. I called *** to asked for help, but they couldn't, so, I told them to tow the car to Bobby's shop, to call Bobby when the car had been dropped. When I called I told Bobby, what the problem i think it was: electrical or gas problem. Bobby said, I'll check it, I'll let you know. When he called me, he told me the problem was the timing belt, but I didn't think it was since the car got home fine the night before. Since I'm not a mechanic, I may be wrong, so, I asked him how much it will he charge to fix it. He told me 800.00. I told him to fix it and try to finish it the same day if possible. He said, I'll try, but i doubt it since I'll close at 5 pm. Close to 5 pm, I did call him to find out it's finished. He said not yet since my mechanic couldn't turn the car on. Since Bobby didn't know what the unlicenced mechanic did, Bobby passed him the phone so he can explain me what he did and why the car didn't turn on. The mechanic said that he mounted the timing belt, it was so hard and I even got cut, that the problem wasn't the timing belt, that it may be the spark plugs. I told the mechanic to pass the phone to Bobby, he told me that they will keep working on Monday. I told Bobby I hope no other problem shows up after spark plugs. 6/19/23 I told Bobby If his mechanic has license to work as mechanic? He said, no, but I'm responsible for what he does. Mechanic started working on spark plugs. Bobby said he'll call me when done today. 6/20/23 Bobby didn't call me yesterday as promised. 6/21/23 I did appear there to check how was it and he told me about a sensor came up to be changed. He gave me the car at about 12:45 pm. But 3 lights showed up in the dash. He told me take it back tomorrow 6/22/23. 6/22/23 I went about 2:30 pm. To erase the codes from dash. He couldn't and the timing belts lower cover was off too. 6/23/23 The car with those codes on will never pass inspection again, it was no lights showing in my car before and I want them off. He told me to go back on the 6/26/23 I was there at about 11:30 am. To work on the lights again. About 12:30 pm he got my car for a test. When came back he told me that he ordered a part to check the ohms, to call him back on Wednesday to give me an appointment Thursday or Friday. 6/30/23 Yesterday I called him about 4 times and he didn't answer. Next day I went there and he told me that his guys couldn't get the part he ordered, that he doesn't know what to do. I keep asking to solve the problem, and he told me to go back in 8 days. 7/10/23 I was there at 9:00am. He told me that he got the part, but he was too busy today , come back at 1:00 pm. I was there at 12:30 pm. He told me that he lost the part. After 40 minutes someone came with a part, he put it on my car, but it didn't fix the problem. He said he'll order another one, to come back in a week. After a week he couldn't get the part, asking me if I can get it for him. I order the part from lexus dealer, he put it on the part didn solve the problem. Now he's saying that it may be the head valve, that I need to get another engine or buy a new car. I NEED MY CAR FIXED OR MY MONEY BACK. 1379.00 +100.00.

Bobby Auto shop has had my vehicle for almost 5 months now 2017 ****** ******. He told me that he was able to fix my car, it was having transmission issues. He initially told me that all the car needed was a transmission flush which he did, after doing this service he called me the same day and told me the car was fixed, told me to come get the car it would be 300 dollars. Then 15 minutes later, he called me back and told me that the car was not fixed and that I would need a new transmission, he knew a guy that could rebuild the transmission and that it would take two weeks, and it would cost 3k dollars. Months passed and I didn't have my vehicle. He kept telling me that my transmission wasn't available nowhere in united states. But according to the man who was going to rebuild it he needed my transmission to see what needed fixed and have been waiting for bobby auto to send it which he failed to do. We finally found a transmission online with ************ which cost $2850. ***** told me he would not charge me for the flush that he did on the car just for the repair of the transmission I gave him 2,000 dollars total. He has failed to keep me updated he has kept my vehicle unlocked in his possession. When I stated that someone else would fix the vehicle, he told me I could not have my car until I paid him for everything he has done to the car after he told me he would not charge me because it didn't work. I have called and texted him multiple times as well as gone to the shop he always has a different story *** **** ***** stated that he never ordered the part or paid the company for it. I've asked for the tracking number he has failed to give it to me for the transmission. when i gave him my car I had 87k miles the last invoice ***** sent me my milage on my vehicle was 98k. He will not give me my money back which is the 2k or my vehicle. He keeps stating that the dealer screwed me but my car has been in his possession for almost 5 months and has not been fixed.
