The C.C.A.C. is currently imputing a non-represented phantom article in the form of a so-called ****** non-accredited and vacated subject as a matter of representational record, against which its institution has long since defaulted, and never authenticated an actual service. We DEMAND it to IMMEDIATELY VACATE AND PROCESS AN EXPUNGEMENT against this TRESPASS against the CCAC ******* in sound standing, AND provide DUE CONFIRMATIONS by a NOTE OF REGISTRAR that it has indeed finally done so/complied. We FURTHER request that a TRANSFERS AUDIT/CONTRACT AT DEGREE COMPLETION be re-situated and co-directed in Cooperation with DEAN KRISTIN ******* to whom designee communications have co-directed to these common, and duly established effects. We request FORMAL MEDIATION by S***** and Team to ensure that Contracts Completeness can be co-established. THANK YOU.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint, nor addresses the moral and warranted concerns appropriate to the standards and commitments of the Better Business Bureau, established on sustaining practices of responsibility, and not the blanket allowance supportive of capricious practices of either public or private EXTORTIONS by privileged businesses .The business in question is entirely out of Order, and, first and foremost, exercises NO JURISDICTION whatsoever of a personal or a proprietary nature, on whose basis to assert its continued, and most Ignorant and Guilty Retaliations against merely deflecting and evading the Legitimate PLAINTIFF in an attempt to cover and conceal its own original NEGLIGENCE and covert and overt wrongs, functionally involving a single Eloping Personnel, responsible for mis-managing one of its accredited wares, the particular of the supposed ****** product.
Instead of confronting this preposterous and most injurious debacle of its own making, the Liable Party has, instead, continuously misused its borrowed powers and privileges (which it does not exercise over any apart from its own liable self), and erected a false pretense of a purported " suspensions " ( The Tort of Contractual Interference with Bona Fide Business Relations), which are, in fact, against its own Continuing Crimes against Property and Title, and by which said party seeks to deflect its own original attempted Frauds and Evaluational Misrepresentations involving the issues at due acknowledgement, to which they must narrowly, and expressly now represent an accurate, and a factual response, beyond the FALSE claim which the party once more attempts to pander to general gullibility, in an attempt to deflect and mislead its own OBLIGATIONS, which continue to remain BINDING.
Per their own suggestion we shall DEMAND Justice on this matter by having the appropriate Dean of Consultation, One, KRISTIN S*****, the RESPONSIBLE ADJUDICATING PERSONNEL at oversight, to finalize this resolution, with due urgency, and on the basis of the conventions attached.
Should this not occur, by reliance to these efforts, all EMPLOYEE rights original, or subsequent to these Tortfeasors, are, at PUBLIC DECLARATION, annulled, and FOR EVER brought into a state of Effective SUSPENSION, to which this Writ is earnest LAW, both Public, and Universal. UNIV. *********************
We hence DEMAND as the aggrieved party [PLAINTIFF], that the appropriate C.C.A.C. personnel representative, One, KRISTIN S*****, justly present a formal, and structured reply of due responsibility at behest of the business, and in response to this most official and binding, executive complaint.
Regards,

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that they have, per the tradition of their native corruption, very entirely NOT assumed an iota of accountability for their scams and extortions, which they saddle upon those unfortunate enough to engage in competent contractual relations with them. The complaint is, therefore, NOT resolved.
To the petty tyrant-bureaucrat namelessly masquerading on the C.C.A.C. payroll, and appropriating unjust enrichments in the form of salary appropriations at the expense of others' qualified livelihoods; Your feeble one liner will not recuse you against your own, and thereby, the institution's crimes against PROPERTY.
I direct you to CLOSE the business at due responsibility by initiating FULL refund of my monies, directed solely to the accredited ends from which your irresponsible actions, and those of others, have wrongfully and grotesquely diverted.
Should you fail to do so, we may initiate LITIGATION against you, and demand annuities continuous since 2018,AD/MX, which is when ( at the end of which ) your party promulgated its vain and childish mischiefs, at a burden to this Tax Payer.
Shame on You!
Regards,

CCAC is an absolute scam of a college! They’re anti-LGBTQ and I never took a class here and they’re sending me a bill. I even filled out a form telling them I didn’t take classes and they’re still trying to send my bill off to a debt collector! Shame on you, 0 out my account immediately.Business response

The consumer met with an advisor at CCAC via a virtual meeting on 10/3/2023. At the time of this meeting it was discussed that the student would have transcripts sent and would follow up with a transfer counselor to make sure that the credits taken at CCAC would transfer. The student registered for 9 credits (3 classes) and at the time of registration was presented with a copy of our Student Financial Responsibility Agreement and they agreed to the following statement on 10/3/2023 at 1:15PM:
I agree that once I register I become responsible for all charges incurred, unless I drop classes during the designated refund period as outlined in the Drop Refund Policy. This agreement outlines the financial terms and conditions associated with my registration, and by registering for classes, I assume financial responsibility and agree to the terms of this agreement. I understand that failure to pay my student account or any monies due and owing CCAC may result in a financial account hold, late payment fee assessment, third party debt collection agency referral, and reporting of my debt to one or more of the national credit bureaus. I no agree to register for (9) credits for the 23FA term.
The student did not drop courses. Courses were completed and official grades assigned and therefore student remains financial responsible for all account charges.
As for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and their allies, our college offers the Rainbow Alliance Club at our Allegheny, Boyce, North, and South campuses.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. You are a complete liar! As provided in attached screenshots I dropped the classes and disputed them. Shame on you for not looking into this further! Remove my balance or I will be posting about this all over social media and get the local news media involved. I clearly appealed and dropped the classes. And yes, you’re anti-LGBTQ. I’ve never been so discriminated against in my life. CCAC is a scam!

When I went to ccac back in may to see about signing up for my classes he told me that I couldn’t because I had to pay upfront, and I said jokingly to him that I had some money saved up already but I was going to use the money I had saved up already at that time for my birthday and possibly other things and all he had to do was say that he wasn’t allowed to sign me up for classes but he didn’t and he had me sign something electronically without my aide being present. Because she stepped away to talk to the people at the financial aid office and wasn’t with me when it happened. And I have a learning disability and was born with ***** ******. I gave him my test results from my doctor because I had tests done to see how much help I’d need to take the class and he took them and never gave them back to me.Business response

The consumer registered for a fall semester course on 5/8/2023 and was immediately billed for the tuition and fees related to their registration. The consumer did not drop their registration within the college's published drop refund period and therefore is not eligible for an adjustment of charges/refund. We offer a full refund of charges for dropped classes during the first week of the semester and a 50% adjustment from the second week through the 14% period of the term.Initial Complaint

Hi Carlow College has requested my CCAC transcripts multiple times. They requested my records so many times the counselor said that I may have to start the application process all over. I need my official transcripts sent to Carlow University and CCAC has a block on my records. I’ve contacted admissions multiple times concerning this matter and I’m getting the run around. Please release my transcripts to Carlow University.Business response

In reviewing the account there is no hold that would block transcript requests. In reviewing with our Registrar department, they have no record of any transcript requests by Carlow University or the student. Additionally the Registrar's department has contacted Carlow University admission office regarding this student and they indicated that they do not request transcripts on behalf of a student and that it up to the student to have their records sent to admissions. Registrar's department will reach out to student to explain the process of how she can have her official CCAC transcript sent to Carlow.
