    Tried to get my information cleared and my acct deleted and they refused to after they said I was approved and then got denied!

    Scam! I was told I was pre-approved online and told to call to complete. I did. I was requesting less than $1,000 online and once I called, they took all my info again, I verified all my info, my bank info, etc. They told me to select the max limit so I did. The first lady I talked to said it looked good and I was approved and she was transferring me to another person to complete the loan. They asked some more questions and once I answered, they once again told me everything looked great with my application and I was approved. I was told the money would show up on my account by 6pm the same night or by the next day. I was also told I'd get a charge for one penny to make sure the card was valid and that the penny would be returned. The charge showed on my bank account and I thought everything was ok. Well, within a couple hours, I logged into the account and all of a sudden, my application was no longer pending. It said I had no available credit any more. I thought that was maybe just because they had processed it and were sending me my money. Nope. I got a late night email from them stating I was DENIED and wouldn't be getting anything. Excuse me? I was told I was approved twice. Then I get told I'm denied? That's a BS scam. I am unlinking the "Chirp" app they requested I use to confirm my banking info and I plan to change my bank info. Also considering contacting local police or a lawyer. I mean I was told I was approved for the money and it'd be in my account by the next morning, then I get told I was denied. That's lying. This company is a joke. Do not trust them. They'll promise you money then tell you no. If I would be ineligible, I should have been declined on the phone. Not after I SIGNED the agreement and was told I'd receive my money. This company is a fraud. They should have to pay everyone they've done this to.

    This business is Fraudulent. They will approve you for a cash loan then ask you for your personal login information from your bank then steal your funds.

    This is my second time trying to take a loan out with this company. I should have read the reviews! I spent 30 mins on a call this morning, providing them with all of my personal information, which remained on their website from my first application back in August, despite being told it was removed. I was told my information looked good and that the funds should be in my account by 6 pm. I logged into my account later in the morning, and there is no longer a pending application for my loan request. I called the number and received an automated message saying my loan was denied and that I would be transferred to a supervisor to explain why. It never routed me to a supervisor and repeated the same automated message. The first time I was denied, they stated it was because my bank hadn't been open for over 60 days. Their system is a joke. I also never received the email they claimed they had sent explaining why I was denied. I would like a supervisor to contact me and explain why my application was rejected this time.

    this lender approved me for a $1000 loan got me to verify my information over the phone and also verify my banking information online and they said they said I was approved for the loan and would receive the funds into my bank account the next business day. then after getting my personal information and my banking information they denied me for the loan

    Said I was approved for $1000 , verified my bank account, verified my direct deposit,got my debit card information, my credit score is excellent! Never sent me the money after saying it was sent !! File a police report and ftc identity theft report immediately against this company!!

    They got me man .. they rush you about getting your funds same day if you can get application fast enough.. that’s so you won’t think .. anyways they link to you bank account, get all your life info including social and debit card number. Look at when your paid ect and end it with you application look good you should get funds by tonight or tomorrow. Give it hour or to it was say you have no line credit and to call number .. once you call number an automated say you been denied lol even the page look so fake and scammy .. im usually good and catching a scam but they got me. No money was took but I believe when my direct deposit was going come they was going take it for sure ! Now I called back and I have new account number , new logins , new debit. Just have to set up identity theft with my social and it’s all been a lesson learned

    I've tried several times this week to talk to someone at QuickWallet, but I keep getting transferred to a supervisor who never answers. I'm trying to change my payment date because my account is frozen due to me losing my debit card. But I guarantee if they can't get paid they're going to call me then! Horrible customer service

    This is loan sharking at it's finest. They would already be shut down but they are ran by an Indian Tribe so they are exempt from many laws. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These people are pure evil.
