            After someone unlawfully entered my apartment at *** and wrecked it to make it appear a day before an inspection that I am a tacky tenant!!!

            As to not tamper, with evidence I took pictures and left everything exactly the way it was!!!!!

            "My right to privacy"

            How do you feel when you return to your apartment and fund someone sorting through your personal belongings??? What is your reaction when you return and find someone that someone else is sitting in your favorite recliner chair???

            The uncomfortable feelings that most of us experience in such situations result from violations of our personal space!!!

            People like to protect and control their personal space!!! This is easier to do with "fixed feature territories" where is is possible to shut your door to your apartment or even lock it!!!

            In Semi-fixed feature territories the best protection is my physical presence!!! If I am absent for a while my only protection is other peoples respect for honoring my private properties within the confounds of my personal space.

            We are in receipt of the BBB complaint filed by Mr. ****** ***** ****** ***********.  The Chattanooga Housing Authority is a public housing authority.    Mr.  ****** ***** ****** *********** is a tenant at one of Chattanooga Housing Authority’s properties.   Our interpretation of Mr. ****** ***** ****** ***********'s complaint is that he is concerned about an unauthorized entry into his unit.   According to the terms of Mr. ****** ***** ****** ***********'s lease, CHA personnel are authorized to enter his unit for inspections, repairs, public safety and other reasons upon reasonable notice.  Mr. ****** ***** ****** *********** is aware of the terms of the lease as it has been a subject of discussion with him multiple times.  Any inspections or other entry into Mr. ****** ***** ******************s unit have been after reasonable notice has been given to Mr. ****** ***** ****** ***********.   Mr. ****** ***** ****** *********** has at times refused CHA personnel entry into his unit in violation of his lease.   This has been an ongoing issue with Mr. ****** ***** ****** ***********, and while we understand that he is unhappy, the lease allows entry into the unit for reasons related to public safety and health.  CHA personnel only enter his unit as necessary to perform CHA's obligations as landlord and CHA has no knowledge or reports of any CHA personnel removing or damaging any property of Mr. ****** ***** ****** ***********.
