Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo
This business has displayed an ongoing history of violating BBB’s name and logo policy by falsely displaying BBB accreditation in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB’s efforts to get the business to cease using BBB’s trademark. This use of BBB’s trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.
On September 4, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to the company, notifying them of the vote by BBB's Board of Directors to revoke the Accreditation of All Out Moving & Storage due to their finding of a failure to uphold compliance with BBB Accreditation Standards. The correspondence included a request for the company to take steps to immediately remove the use of BBB's name and logo from all company advertising.
Subsequent correspondence has been sent to the company with similar requests by email and mail since that time. The most recent correspondence and request for removal of BBB Accredited Business logos was submitted by BBB via email on January 24, 2025, asking that the matter be resolved by January 29, 2025.
The company responded to BBB on January 24, 2025 via email, stating: "We do have replacement stickers coming in. Several trucks have the side ones covered but several were the incorrect sizes. We got the pick up trucks but forgot it being on the rear doors of some trucks but not others." They also stated: "The logos will be covered regardless with financing stickers on all units we own."
BBB sent a request in reply to the company on January 24, 2025, asking that they find other material to cover up the logos in the meantime. As of January 29, 2025, BBB noted that the company's vehicles continue to display the logos in numerous areas and falsely advertise the company as a BBB Accredited Business."
Accreditation Revocation
On 08/29/2024 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards:
1. Establish and maintain a positive track record in the marketplace.
1D. Maintain at least a B rating in all company-owned locations and its headquarters.
6. Address disputes forwarded by BBB quickly and in good faith.
6A. Provide a response to each complaint that:
- Is professional,
- addresses all significant issues raised by the complainant,
- includes appropriate evidence and documents supporting the business' position, and
- explains why any relief sought by the complainant cannot or should not be granted.
