          Challenge: False & Misleading advertising

          On 2-28-2013 the BBB asked this company to remove his ads with the state license #6914, which belonged to the previous owner of this company. Also the A+ BBB rating which is incorrect. In his response he agreed to remove the advertising and was to apply for state license.

          As of 3-26-2013 this owner does not have a state license and he continues to advertise the previous owners license # (which is inactive) and an A+ rating at the BBB in his advertising flyers.

          This ad review was closed as Failure to Comply with the BBB Code of Advertising.
