- Additional Info:This company has a pattern of complaint concerning customer service, product, and refund/exchange issues. Specifically, the consumers allege they are quoted a 'trade in' value to upgrade their phones and Hyla Mobile does not honor the quoted 'trade in' value. The consumers claim they are advised by Hyla that the phones are damaged, do not meet the required qualifications or have not been received by Hyla. Upon following up with customer service, the consumer reports not being able to reach someone or reaching a person but getting the run-around regarding the value of their trade in. Consumers also report being directed back to AT&T for assistance.
On March 18, 2021, BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in responding to an unresolved com plaint as well as eliminating the pattern of complaint. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.
