            On July 15th, 2024 I took my motorhome in for an oil change and a complete brake replacement at A1 Auto (or whatever name they are using). I left it there and they did not work on it until Friday. The whole shop closed on Friday and they went on Vacation. When I tried to pick it up at 3:00 pm on Friday they said it wasn't done. I waited until 4:45 and they said it was done. The dash brake light turned on about 2 miles down the road. I called immediately and they said come back. There was a man there who was trying to be helpful and put a machine on it to see what the error codes were but he said it didn't work because the vehicle is a 1999.The gal in the office - the owner I think - was in a **** because she and all of the employees (most of who are family members) were going on vacation. In a big hurry. They said they would call me back when they got back. I finally called today and asked if they were back from their vacation and the gal was even *****. "What do you want?" I said I was the one with the motorhome that the brakes didn't get fixed right. She said, I will see if we can get you in sometime.... No apology for the mess up on the brakes. When she finally said we could get you in Thursday she said we need to order parts. I said why didn't you do that first. She just said it will be more money. They should have gotten it done and not worked on it in a slipshod manner to hurry and get off to vacation. I don't feel safe going back to that company because of her attitude. It was rude, demeaning, and dismissive.
