My first personalized necklace of my grandpa the store owner sent to the wrong state! Never got it so she had to give me a replacement and it was discolored and was purple! Then July 2023 she gave me a discount instead of replacing the discolored purple necklace and it came back purple AGAIN! Plus I ordered a personalized chain for my kid with her name and some shoe lace name charms that was supposed to be regular font because my kid cant read cursive or old English. My order took a month to come. The owner sent me a message on ****** saying it was finally going to arrive as soon as I text her back asking for pictures directly after her message she never responded back. Then when it came my grandpa chain was purple again, shoe lace charms was in old English letters, my kid name necklace was too long and the name is so small it fits the tip of my index finger! I sent her so many messages with pictures of her products showing her it was not correct and called her through instagram with no answer no response hoping she would make things right and not run off with my money since she likes to be paid through cash app. She never responded back until I sent my last message stating I felt scammed by her and I would ask my bank to dispute for a full refund. The owner finally responded by a long message being upset that I said she scammed me and blocked me so I cant reply back! She stated she will wait for the dispute instead of refunding me knowing cash app doesnt give refunds. Like I said she did this while blocking me like scammers do once they take your payment from cash app. I paid her $130 I gave her my phone number in several messages on social media and she never once tried to call me to make things right I also left messages on her website chat option and she never once replied back on her website either! She only sent that one message and blocked me. Very highly unprofessional for a business owner with paying customers. I have all our messages and pictures to prove my order was messed up. I just want my money back and never deal with her again.Business response

This entire complaint is a complete lie!! She failed to mentioned that she has ordered MANY times and each time there has been something she has found to be wrong with an order and upon myself to make any situation right I provided her SEVERAL discounts. I PAID for several orders or shipping cost out of my own money AND THE MANY FREE ITEMS SHE RECEIVED even with this order. It states CLEARLY on the site that if a chain or font is not selected one will be selected for you. She kept acting like she couldnt ordered herself through the site WHICH I ONLY SAY TO CUSTOM THE ***** WITH ME BY THE DESIGN and everything is done by the customer she never ordered through my site always directly with me. The lie about I only use Cashapp, another lie. Again I offer many options Cashapp is what SHE chose to use. I offer PayPal or the site wix paymeny cycle. She used Cashapp bec I was would always cut her a deal and Cashapp was a way to prevent her having to pay the extras that I PAID FOR! Im not obligated to send her or anyone any photos of their order. I did that out the kindness of my heart. The picture that has *********** is the size of the chain is claiming is tiny the font obviously is bigger on her chain. The purple color which was explained to her that I needed a better picture. She was set on that one and I had it remade many times with different vendors. The picture submitted is the corresponding response from the vendor WHICH IS WHY SHE GOT A DISCOUNT ON HER *****! The order was never sent to another state it was sent to the wrong address by the vendor because I had moved. She was blocked because she wouldnt stop as I was dealing with a death that really took a toll on me I would have been happy to address her concerns once I was able to do so mentally. She is upset because I didnt jump like in the past and her concerns would have been addressed. Yes being called a scam was the last straw when MULTIPLE of her orders I discounted and provided free times quick shipping she is very much aware that all customs take a month so bringing up that now is like a slap in the face so yes she was blocked from contacting me and ordering in the future. Any other documentation i need to provide I will. She ONLY began to complain about the photo design after someone asked her why the tint was purple before then she was very much pleased with her order. When she contacted me I then explained that the ink is whats making it purple tint bec he has to be enhanced. You are sending a photo to me and I am taking that same photo and sending it to the vendor. They let me know if its useful or not the picture in question was not the best quality for the vendor to use and I expressed that to her the first time she asked me about the photo. The vendors asked if another could be available SHE was set on using that one. With her claiming her kid cant read a certain font, again it states if one is not selected one will be picked at the time of ordering she said I want it like mine I have no clue what that was as I deal with others placing orders with no problem SHE is the only one that seems to comprehend to place a order on her own she I was not aboit to filter through multiple orders to find like her when she ordered her shoe lace charms which again, she didnt even pay full price for none of her items. I provided her with her service. There has NEVER been a complaint made until I told her why I didnt respond because of the death and removed her at THAT time from other contact to fix anything as I got myself togetherBusiness response

As you can clearly see I sent messsages on her website chat box with zero response from the owner several times as well as instagram messages and TikTok messages with zero response from the owner. You can also see she never once called me after I left my person phone number in several messages and blocked me on social media via TikTok. She took the money and gave zero responses to all my messages. As Ive shown. She has no excuse to not call text or answer messages. She only responds to this. Clearly!Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: This owner had my personal phone number and never once used it to communicate with me and she never responded to any of her websites chat system nor did she ever reply to my concerns on any social media platforms. The only reason she replied back ONE TIME is when I said she scammed me and she blocked me. Still did not correct anything I paid for. She was paid and I absolutely do not like any of it! No matter what she says she did not try to communicate with me about this she got paid and I am horribly dissatisfied period. Her business will definitely get a thumbs down from me and let this be a warning for others to see how she takes money and doesnt respond unless its through BBB. Clearly!

That store owner never responded to me by text phone or her chat line on her website. I showed proof of all my messages being ignored and even blocked! She only responded to the BBB after I complained! Still never tried to correct her wrongs ever and still got away with my money! Just because she ONLY responded to the BBB doesnt change her unprofessional behavior that she clearly presented to me. A scam is a scam and she only responds to the BBB.
