          April 21, 2023, May 17, 2023, and again on June 14, 2023, BBB asked the business to substantiate a claim made on its website, ” #1 Tennessee Fence Company”. BBB’s Code of Advertising requires businesses making such claims to be prepared to supply proof. BBB requested the business’ voluntary cooperation in providing documentation that supports the advertised claims of ” #1 Tennessee Fence Company”.  BBB advised the business if it could not provide this substantiation, BBB asked that this claim not be included in future advertising or be modified.  However, the business failed to substantiate, modify or discontinue the claim.
