- We take returns on unused merchandise. Return it within 30 days from date shipped in its original packaging.
If the furniture is not in its original condition, and we need to refurbish the product to get it to its original condition, then we reserve the right to assess a refurbishing fee upon arrival.
If the packaging is damaged, we charge 10% to recover the expense for a new package.
