The probiotic liquid was easy to refill. The instructions were clear. I think this system works well as in the year weve had it, I havent had so much as a cold. The folks at Premium Home 360 followed up with a phone call to see if I needed help with refilling the probiotic liquid but I already had completed that task. Next year I will have to order the liquid so I put a reminder on my calendar to call Premium Home 360 about a month before Im due for a refill.Review from Tracy A

We went to a Premium 360 seminar where we heard from ****** about all the products that they offered. We had no plans on purchasing anything but agreed to have ****** stop by and tell us about what they can do to lower our energy and we purchased insulating paint, probiotic home mister and artichoke breeze for our ac. We are thrilled with there installation crew and products and would recommend them.Review from Randi M.

****** from Premium Home 360 came out to install a Nu Air Probiotic System, a Fan in our attic with the corresponding Solar ************** coworker ****** were punctual, kind & respectful & efficient.Upon their arrival I mentioned I had family members that were still asleep & asked if they could be as quiet as possible. Thankfully they were.Once ****** had everything installed he made sure to answer any & all the questions I had.I asked him if he could send me photos of his completed work for my tax records, I had them on my phone within a couple minutes.Should we decide to have any more Premium Home 360 items installed in our home Id want ****** to do it.Review from Jo D

Worked for this company and absolutely not worth anyones time. If you have a family or just the wife, theres no way you would even make money to provide for them. I live by myself and would return home from working with them for weeks/months on the road, with literally my check being -negative. You could make more money at ********* in 2 weeks than 2 months here. Search somewhere else if your a contractor expecting a company to actually treat you like you matter. I was a lead technician making less than rookie and regular techs. Absolutely absurd to call yourselves a reputable company!Review from Mark L

I am a disabled veteran. My wife and I purchased their artic blanket. The insulation was most sloppy unprofessional job I have ever seen. Some of our friends who have this done by other professional companies. After seeing the job in our attic, could not believe how Sloopy it was. Due to my disability, I could not go into the attic to inspect. My wife did and found that they hide all of their trash under the covering. Further that they left. Ares not fully covered. When I called their Coporate offices. I spoke to a man who identified himself as the customer service manager. He told me there is nothing he could do, as they Are no longer working in our area. If you are a vet or senior citizen don't deal with these people.Review from Robert L

They installed every thing we purchased back in 2021. But trying to get any service from them is next to impossible. I spoke to ***** their customer service person, and requested him to send someone to refill the ************* solution, because we need someone to inspect the AtticSolar fans. It's that my wife heard a noise coming from the attic and it sounded like it could be coming from the fans. Once I gave our address he balked saying it was too far to send someone. But he could send the solution if I paid for it up front. I don't understand why they can't send anyone, because lat year when the solution ran out. We called and they sent someone with the refill within a couple of days. His excuse was that had nobody in the area, that back in November a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. I have called him at least 4 times and I get same excuse. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.Review from Thomas H
