    2023 - Blue trident installs 2 actuators to allow for automation of pool equipment. The actuator now clicks, begins to heat up and not work properly.We try on numerous occasions to reach ******** for our weekly pool cleaning not even bringing the aforementioned issue up because we figure we can just find a resolution. ******** ignores all text messages, and phone calls for 4+ months.Rather than do the responsible thing and return communication he decides to sweep this under the rug and not communicate to a customer. This is unfortunate given we were good customers and surprised by this lack of communication.Unless we hear back, we will communicate this rather unfortunate and unnecessary negative experience to our neighbors on our neighbor forum and see if others have had a similar negative experience.

    Blue Trident has been providing pool service foe me Several weeks ago services stopped. I contacted the owner, ******** and left a message inquiring about why the pool had not been serviced. ******** did not respond. So I texted, emailed and call several times. Still with no response Someone did respond saying that she had reviewed my communications and that someone would be out to service the pool After several days the pool was still not being serviced. I called another pool service company to see if they could service the pool. *** pool water had turned green *** other company came out and accessed the situation *** pool had to be drained cleaned and shocked. ***y have been out several times in order to get the pool back to being usable. This cost me $660.00 Minus the cost to refill the pool with fresh water *** person who I spoke with told me that ******** had to leave town in order to handle some business that needed to be taken care of. I still have not heard back from ********. Im asking to be reimbursed for the money I spent to get it back to being usable

    Hi BBB I have responded to customers compliant through email. Before leaving out of town I had advised customer that he needed to go weekly because the bi weekly services was not leaving pool up to my pool sanitation standards but he denied. I was scheduled to go out that following week but was unable to make it. My employee went the following week to service and advised that we also needed weekly service due to chems not having effect. I was unfortunately unable to respond to him at the time but I did offer reimbursement for having pool cleaned from another company and will be no longer servicing pool after reimbursement. Its hard keeping up with customers pools while they have a very low budget for pool maintenance and want to go bi weekly over hot and rainy weather and not add any chemicals or clean pools during the off weeks.
