The Receptionist i spoke to when i ordered Black Seed Oil told me if i wasn't happy with the product i could get a refund of $39.00 when i called she said she could'nt find me by name so i went back to my emails and found my order number and she was able to pull my order from there. Like 10 seconds later she said hold on and put a broken english guy on and he said they would not refund because it's been since 11/14/2024, only 20 days from order date so not even a month, how can they possibly not have me in there system, they have no intentions of ever giving a refund, any product is always guarenteed if your not happy with it you should get a refund, i can see if it's been 6 months or more but this wasn't even a month and the girl told me i could get a refund if i wasn't satisfied with the product,infact it made me feel worse is the reason i contacted them in the first place for a refund, very unprofessional. I still deserve a refund as i will no longer use the product and i would be willing to send back what wasn't used i was going to anyways because i have no use for it and to be honest it doesn;t even smell like Black seed oil should FDA should check them out for not living up to they're product.

First of all about product quality: On our website www.bionatal.co there are more than 1.600 reviews verified by Google with average 4.9 stars. On our TikTok shop https://www.tiktok.com/@bionatalblackseedoil our Black Seed Oil products have total of more than 34.000 reviews with average 4.6 stars. If some one don't understand the product and don't know what they buy, it is not mean that product is bad. As for this customer: Here is our public Policy page https://www.bionatal.co/pages/returns-and-privacy Customers have 10 days to return the product. It's public and they can read before purchase. After we explained that 10 days passed this customer started calling us obscene names and because of our guy broken English she called us a few times N-WORD. We are not dealing with racists. This case is closed for us. Don't send us any notification about this case any more. Thank you!
