  I took my husbands truck to this shop because it needed some mechanical work. They worked on it for 4 days, and when they called me to pick it up, the truck was only running 5 miles per hour! I paid for a tow truck to take the truck back to the shop where they worked on it for 6 more days. In the meantime, they asked me to purchase sensors and other expensive equipment, which was completely fine as long as the job got done. However, a few days later, they called me back to inform me that the parts Id bought, along with the side steps and part of the engine, caught on fire! I understood that accidents happen, so I bought all of the equipment/parts that were burned.After they finished working on it, they called me back to inform me to pick up the truck. However, the truck was still running 5 miles per hour, and it was still burned. They refused to be responsible for the damage they caused, and they never refunded the money I paid for labor, parts, and the tow truck. Now Im stuck with a burned truck that doesnt work, and with a bill they refuse to cover because of negligence.
