    We have no water currently running in our apartment. My kids have noticed that we can't get water from our sinks anymore.

    The office staff would NEVER provide a number to corporate and never fixed anything. They NEVER gave me access to the smart home system but charged me for the whole one year lease even with multiple calls and me going to the office in person asking for a refund in which I NEVER got.. When I first moved in, two weeks afterwards someone shot a gun through the apartment, I took pictures and emailed them to the office no one ever fixed the bullet hole in the apartment. Made a complaint about the ac vendor they used to fix the ac in the apartment, who fell out my tub working on the system above the tub who put a whole in the wall, broke the cabinet door and the tub faucet and wall, nothing NEVER happened nor was anything fixed. The day they sold the apartment to ************ we were notified the day of not prior. Asked them to look at the apartment to see smart lock never worked and if I could be refunded for the 700-1000 I spent and nothing there either.

    My main problem is that I moved into this apartment complex with the promise and the lease saying that I would have updated appliances that are black but since I have been moved in for almost 3 months now I have not yet received the black appliances after repeatedly going and requesting them which they have stated it was only two weeks away. Now that I am here I have yet to receive the new appliances and they have yet to give me a solid answer when I would receive them. My goal here is to get out of my lease without hurting my credit and as well as holding them accountable for promising me something that has not yet happened.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/11) */ In response to the appliance package, all were ordered on 4/28/22 and unfortunately are on backorder without an estimated time of arrival due to supply chain issues. We do apologize for the delay of the black appliances, but there are working appliances in the unit while we wait on the new ones to arrive. We see that you vacated the unit on 7/30/22 without proper written notice to vacate per your lease contract. Any fees you may incur due to this improper move out will be on your final statement. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Per the employees at the office I was told I did not have to fill out any more paperwork than the paper signed on the move out. I was paying for an upgraded unit with black appliances and I did not have those appliances, The supply chain issue is not my issue I am concerned about, I was even offered a secondary unit that I did have those appliances so I do not see why I was paying for an upgraded unit when there were other units available for me. All I simply want is my payment for rent from the month of August back as well as my security deposit since I was not there for the month of August I should be receiving that money back and there should also be no charges as I was told there was no more needed paperwork to be done when I moved out. It's a simple solution I just need my rent back for the month of August that I did pay ahead of time as well as no charges to be charged as I was told I did not need any more paperwork to be signed or filled out when I moved out; I was even told that the reletting charge would not be charged.
