            I moved it to my apartment May 24,2024. The first day I walked in to to a walk through of my unit a light fixture was shattered in my 5 yo daughters room. I immediately went to the office and they sent the maintenance ******** had a ************ pan, but I have carpet floors. He told mewe owe you one and left. He left a lot of fine class in the closet where the glass was broken & because of this my child is not allowed in her from out of safety. Nothing works in our unit the washer and dryer, microwave or a/c. The unit is INFESTED with roaches. We have found roaches in our food in our clothes, even in our refrigerator in bathrooms. I did make the office aware of these problems, they told me Pest control is here EVERY THURSDAY, Ive been here two weeks and no one has came! I went to the office and ironically all the managers are in court so no complaints are able to be addressed or resolved. As a new resident you would think there would be a since of priority, after all I have only lived here 2weeks these conditions or not conducive for a child by no means. No one is addressing my concerns or returning calls, I have left maintenance request and I was told they could not get to them because the WiFi is down. I need immediate help the entire complex is filthy. Code compliance hasnt came by or anything. I am strongly considering breaking my lease. Due to infestation of roaches I have had to use money to eat out because we can barely bring food in. We have had to relocate due to lack or a/c in 90degree weather. And also go to a laundromat just to keep our clothes clean because our appliances have not worked from the time we moved in. Please help!!
