  We agreed to get the camera system installed from ***** ***** **** of AP Solutions, *************************************-18 cameras for $14826.48 with complete setup, 3 yrs warranty and we agreed to provide him with the lift for inside the warehouse installation (invoice attached).-Paid a deposit of $5000 (5/8/2024) to start the job. He started installation and started delaying the project with family, weather excuses. -Asked for more money to get it done faster and I paid another $3000 (5/21/2024).-He installed 13 cameras ( 9 at wrong locations). When notified and asked to fix them, he said it is part of the job and he will move them after the full installation. -Then again he disappeared for a few days and came back asking for more money ($4000) to finish the job. We were told, all is done and he just needs to install the remaining cameras and give us the control. -It looked like he was finishing and thought he may not finish the job if I didn't pay him more and paid him another $3500. (6/3/2024). We started asking for the control of the system to see if it works but he kept postponing.-I paid $1657 for the lift for a month that he was using attached After that he just disappeared, didn't finish the job. Installed only 13 cameras out of 18. We do not have any control of the camera system so can not operate it. The 9 cameras are still installed at wrong locations. the system doesn't work. After chasing him through the phone calls, he said we can hire someone else to complete the job and he will pay for it. We have contacted many companies and no one is willing to do this job as it was half done by someone else and they are not familiar with the system installed. We contacted him again asking him to come and finish the job but he simply refused. At this point, we have to hire a new company and get a new system all together so we want to claim our full money back from him.$11500 paid to him plus the lift rental $1657, total $13157.

  I am writing back to inform regarding the complaint filed against me the customer never came to job site when asked to be there and there were one too many change of plans for them he would agree to everything we discuss then once it was done he wasn't satisfied after loosing money at the site I had family emergency to take care of when I was away for few weeks customers uncle started to threat me with abusive language after the behavior I don't feel safe to go at the site to finish anything I had provided everything to them as per request when I left camera system was working just fine customer had altered with it on purpose to get me in trouble I had even agreed to pay for remaining work but I refuse to give refund or go finish the job at any given condition

  The person he is referring to as my *********************** is not related to us in any way,  neither he represents the company nor he works for / with us.
  He is a senior citizen who is a common family friend. I have no idea of any communication that happened between them.  Additionally The owner of AP Solutions go to same temple as Mr. *********** for service and they are friends . Mr. ***** referred AP solutions to us.

  AP solutions information cannot be found anywhere on the internet. He does not have a website not a valid license to operate. We came to know this later. 
  We have been very patient and polite with AP solutions throughout the process.
   We gave *****/ AP Solutions extra money just in good faith because he kept asking for it. The moment he got the extra payment he refused to come back.
  
  In reply to his argument that we did something to the camera. I would like to say that It makes no sense for us to do anything to the camera.  We dont even know how it works as he never gave access to us despite asking for it for so many times. We are interested in doing our regular business than deal with something like this.
  In response to his argument that I was not available at the site I have tons of text messages to prove that I was going there every single day to see the work in progress . The camera system is very crucial to us  as we are in *********** and proper security camera is vital for our safety and safety of our employees.
  
  All the claims that I am making are true and I am ready to provide any evidence that you require to prove my case.  I dont want this company to cheat more people like he cheated us and we need our money back so we can get the cameras installed from a genuine company.
  I gave him all the money in good faith which backfired.
  I am hoping to receive some justice.
  We need our money back so we can hire another company to install the camera system.

  -5 cameras are not yet installed.
  -He never programmed the *** so we cannot access it.
  -Out of 13 installed cameras, 4 cameras just show visuals, and 9 cameras are not programmed or working.
  -No company is ready to take up this job as they have their own system they work with. We are struggling
  -AP solution offered a 3-year warranty on all parts and labor.
  -Even though 13 cameras are installed, 9 are installed at wrong locations and not working and with no access to the ***, it is a total waste.

  We area  small business and   hope and filing this compliant to receive  justice .
